We are offering an apartment for rent in the new "Talija" building, which will be ready for occupancy in October 2026.

The apartment measures 56.70 m² and is located on the first floor; due to its location, it is also suitable for use as office space. There is an additional charge of €100 for a parking space. Heating is billed based on consumption. Amenities include two air conditioning units, a washing machine and a separate dryer, two televisions, a dishwasher, a built-in refrigerator, etc. All appliances are Bosch, and the televisions are Samsung.

A school and a metro station are located across the street, while a kindergarten and a theater are nearby. The Galerija Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away.

Tenants have access to the swimming pool and gym at the "Apolo" Sports Center, which is accessible via an underground passageway.
